Trycycler cluster crash
Hi all, i've an issue with Trycycler, i'm trying to do the clustering step but i've only 16GB of RAM on my pc. I think that during the clustering Trycycler is trying to use more ram memory than i have. How i can solve it? Thank you for your time

There is no magic solution here. You will have to find another machine which has more memory.
There's no flag or something like it was for Flye? 'Cause i've a huge genome to assembly and i can't use flye, which is my best option
If
trycyclerdoes not offer an explicit option then no luck. If you know you have a large assembly to do then 16GB is not going to be enough for any program so looking for alternate hardware may be the best option now.
