centromere of cattle

Hi all,

How can I find the position of the centromere in each chromosome of the cattle genome? I checked the NCBI website, but it doesn't show the centromere position for cattle:

I would like to see better pure bioinformatics centromere predictors too.

I only know of Centrominer which does not work well for me on various plant genomes.

Other than that I try to do repeat finding using EDTA, TRF, Red etc and piece it all together manually. But there is real room for improvement here.
