Computer modelling of metformin effect on mitochondria
Hello.
I am looking for a tool which could help me to simulate and research metformin effect on mitochondria state. For example, where I could put metformin molecule as an input and analyze the changes in mitochondria reactions / cycles.

I'm pretty sure this is more like an entire 5 year grant than something that you can just pick up a tool off the shelf and use. You could do some literature searching around the terms Molecular Dynamics Simulation and Systems Biology Modeling (see for example things like virtualCell and other environments listed here: https://www.cellml.org/tools/modeling-environments).
