Hi,

I am at the end of my 3rd year as a molecular biology and genetics student and I was wondering whether there are public mail lists that post Masters programs or funded PhD tracks that I can enroll. Is there such mailing list?

EvolDir is wonderfully oldschool but has tons of positions and is fairly international:

PhDs: https://evol.mcmaster.ca/brian/GradPositions.html

Jobs: https://evol.mcmaster.ca/brian/Jobs.html

Postdocs: https://evol.mcmaster.ca/brian/Postdocs.html

For Germany, there's also PhDGermany https://www.daad.de/en/studying-in-germany/phd-studies-research/phd-germany/. Every country has its own portal.

As advice: if you want to do a PhD, consider reaching out to a Prof whose work you love or who inspired you during your studies. Good Profs can usually find funding for a PhD.
