TSS sites annotation for hg38

Hi,

I am looking for a TSS sites annotation for hg38, I noted FANTOM5 has published a annotation file, https://fantom.gsc.riken.jp/5/datafiles/phase1.3/extra/TSS_classifier/.

However, since this file was created a long time ago, I cannot determine whether the data is based on the hg38 version or an earlier hg19 version. Are there any more recent annotation files available?

Hi, thanks for your suggestion, but the bed file in https://fantom.gsc.riken.jp/5/datafiles/reprocessed/hg38_latest/extra/CAGE_peaks/breakdown/ is differ from https://fantom.gsc.riken.jp/5/datafiles/phase1.3/extra/TSS_classifier/
