Hello A good friend of my its tryg¿ing to perform an enrichment analysis on his Deseq results but when we chequed the gaf file from the genome and tryed to asign the GOterm name using GO.db package on R terms related to histones resulted obsolete and the package didnt recognice them, anyone knows if we have to replace them or what we suposed to do now? Thanks
