As the title says, the summary statistics I'm planning on using for calculating the PRS has around 50ish SNPs and from those, 20 are not recognized when I use the --score function in plink. How do you deal with this issue? There's other SNPs in the target dataset that have SNPs close to the BP location of the unmatched SNPs, but I'm unsure what are some next steps.
