We are looking for a consultant for a small project to update the StaG-mwc metagenomics Snakemake pipeline to work with the new Kubernetes executor plugin for Snakemake 8.

Our company, Deep Origin, is developing a platform to help life science organizations execute modern scientific projects, which are increasingly large and complex, often involving more experimental modalities, larger data sets, and more sophisticated analysis. One key capability we're developing is the ability for scientists to easily run Snakemake pipelines at scale in AWS with Kubernetes. We're working with a customer who would like to use the StaG-mwc pipeline.
