How can I plot the PCA with the raw count mRNA seq data?
I want to plot the PCA with the raw count mRNA seq data. but I wonder if the methods of normalization, quantile normalization or vst, is correct, because the results of the PCA is different. How do I normalize the raw count data before the PCA plotting?
