Hi. hope you are doing well. I just need to ask my linkedin connections, how much time does it take to assemble a human whole genome using QUAST when working with ubuntu on windows 11? Also i would love to know what computer specs are essential for analyzing a human whole genome.

Linkedin? How is that relevant? This question doesn't make sense.
Firstly, QUAST is not a genome assembly tool. QUAST stands for QUality ASsessment Tool, and evaluates a genome assmebly. Secondly, I don't see any bioinformatician in their right mind trying to assemble a large and complex genome on a single local PC. Even with the relevant experience, fantastic data, and a solid workstation, this would take weeks of CPU time, and that's assuming they get everything right first go.
Nothing can be said about analysing human genome data either since you've not specified what kind of data, nor what analyses.
