ClueGO is not showing custom data
Hello I'm trying to upload this file into the ClueGo app but it doesn't show any change and keeps showing only Homo sapiens and Mus musculus in the panel I don't know if i'm doing something wrong or if i have to set it in some specific folder inside the ClueGo folder

According to the documentation, you need two files -- the first file is the key identifier file and the second file points to the GO ontology. Those files have to be added in a new folder (e.g. Organism Oryza sativa) created in UserHomeFolder,.cluegoplugin, currentVersion, ClueGOFiles, ClueGOSourceFiles).
