If you only have qualitative data, how are you planning on performing calculations? Regardless, most of the calculations you ask for can be found using a simple google search, but are meant for quantitative data. Though, I would suggest it would be easier to read your data into something like R with the library vegan which has a whole suite of biodiversity calculations.
