Isolate somatic variants from VCF files coming from cell-free DNA
Hello everyone,
I have VCF files from cell-free DNA from patients with colorectal cancer. I would like to distinguish the germline from the somatic variants and keep only the somatic ones. Any help would be much appreciated.
