Guidance Needed: Matching Cancer-Specific Alterations with ATAC-seq Genomic Coordinates

I am currently working on a project where I aim to understand the relationship between cancer-specific genomic alterations (such as deletions, mutations, and changes in methylation patterns) and regions of open chromatin identified in my ATAC-seq analysis. I have a set of specific genomic coordinates from the ATAC-seq data, and I am trying to find a way to match these with known cancer-specific alterations to potentially uncover novel insights into cancer biology and gene regulation

I am currently looking for comprehensive and reliable datasets that contain information about cancer-specific genetic alterations, including deletions, mutations, and methylation changes. What are the best sources for obtaining these data?

I would greatly appreciate any advice, recommendations, or resources that you could provide

Thank you in advance for your help and guidance! Best regards,

Davoud
