RNA-seq power analysis
There are dozen of programs/packages for RNA-seq sample size/power analysis. However, all of them, If I am correct, deal with dichotomous conditions, i.e., cancer vs. non-cancer etc. I run RNA-seq analysis with a continuous variable (using Olivia), i.e., gene- or transcript-association analysis. In such a scenario, are there any tools available for sample size/power calculation?
