genome data size

Hello

I need to know the data size of genome data. I know it depends on the analysis, but is there a site that can give me an approximate size of the following files per person, just for an about?

IN: VCF, PLINK files (ped, map ,bed, fam, bim), GEN, BED files.

OUT: assoc or etc?

plink hail regenie

Here is an estimate. I have 5 million variants from a human cell sample stored in a compressed VCF format of a size of 250MB.

Turning that into bim file is about 100MB.

The ped file would be about 20MB, and the map file would be about 75MB.

The size of the other files is much smaller.

Thank you for your response. Do you know how much the coverage depth is? Also, please let me know the source, etc.
