Metagenomics analysis

I need to do a metagenomics analysis for our project. The samples are from ceramics from the Kaymakçı archeological site. I know the theorotical steps for the analysis but I have problems to do them. I didn't understand how to use QIIME2 for the analysis and also I couldn't achieve using R packages and python either. The galaxy tutorials for the analysis seem not work for me. Do you guys have any suggestion for me? I need to do the analysis asap since it could change my thesis topic. Thank you in advance.

My suggestion to you is to describe your specific problem rather than just saying it didn't work. If someone told you that they tried making ice-cream and it didn't work, it would be very difficult to help without knowing the recipe, the ingredients, whether they used an ice-cream machine, etc. Also, there are different definitions of "didn't work."
