Questions about bigwigcompare on Galaxy

Hi, I am new to bioinformatics so I stated off using galaxy. I am trying to analyzing ChIP-seq data, but I think the mutant/WT fold change is a little off, so I tried calculating the numbers in excel and found out the fold change I got out of "compute the ratio signal" from bigwigcompare is different from just calculating fold change in excel. Anyone know why this is happening?

in the excel screenshot you can see the bed file values from sample A, sample B, and the output of sampleA/B from bigwigcompare, the last column is excel's calculation of value from A over B, it's not matching up with the output of bigwigcompare.

Thanks!
