Errors from REST and Browser for specific HOGS?

I am trying to retrieve HOG D0679329 but keep getting timeout errors from REST api (python) and incomplete loading from the browser. Does anyone have a solution to retrieving this (and likely other large) hogs from the database?

These are the python bindings. I have the latest version. It seems like the author just says it has been fixed. This may be a separate issue since it persists.
