Gene expression tends to vary between tissues, life stages, under environmental conditions, etc. Maybe gene expression for a genus is not exactly the question you want to ask.

You can find values of gene expression in E. coli, but they will depend on context: the environment, the stress levels, etc. for the majority of genes, there is no one constant level of expression.
