Hi all,

I see in uniprot that some proteins have a gene3d domain annotation (which I understand is the same as CATH domain. under "features"). I would like to save this information for any uniprot accession (if it has a CATH/gene3d domain). More importantly, I would like to obtain the domain boundaries.

How can I extract this information? Maybe gene3d has a database of all uniprot annotations?

From what I saw in uniprot, when I try to download per accession I dont get the boundaries, just domain hierarchy...
