ANOVA vs T-test for comparing groups in timepoints?

I have counted the expression levels of a protein in normal and patient samples in several timepoints (barplot below). I want to know if: 1- is there any significant difference between normal/patient in each timepoint and 2- Is there significant difference between the timepoints? (Which timepoint represents a better change in normal/patient for next analyses.) What statistical test should I use in R? (As seen in the graph I have 3 data from each sample in timepoints. Also can you help me a little with the code?

If I understand your experimental design and goals with the data, you need to use a two-way repeated measures ANOVA. Here is a nice tutorial and description of the process in R:
