ERROR FILE EXTENSION

Hi, I had installed my prokka using command line in Linux. When I try to use, it is said I need to run setup but after I enter the command, it said error related to extension file. What should I do? It is my first time doing this.

Tough to troubleshoot without exact installation command, exact setup command, and exact error message.

It pop out error: file existence/permissions problem in trying to open CM file.
