Linking promoter regions to genes - a database?
Is there a public database that links promoter (whether tested/known or predicted) regions to specific genes? I have been able to use GeneHancer tracks in UCSC to somewhat do this by taking 100-1000bp intervals near gene transcription start sites and annotating those as promoters, but some genes are under the control of multiple promoter and enhancers. Is there a database for this type of information that I am missing?
