additive genetic variance
Q. Which tool(s), other than GCTA, can provide for the "additive genetic variance". Bonus if it can do it from a summary GWAS result.
GCTA takes way too much RAM memory to operate on the genetics matrix of the UK Biobank, that despite being able to perform the "make-grm-part" (broken in 100 pieces) but unable to run the actual "reml" step on the concatenated grm matrix.
Many Thanks!
