Great resource! Hope I find something here!
Mapping Mutations, Protein Domains, Exon structure on a Protein Figure/Visualization with annoations
I want to make a figure of a protein with annotated mutations, exon number, and protein domains. MutationMapper on cbioportal is god but it lacks protein annotations that I find in InterPro.
I know this was asked before but it was so long ago that an update is due (Map genetic mutations to protein domain/structure)
Currently, based on the old post GenVisR's lolliplot-mutation is so far looking like the best contender.

This list may have what you want, at least in part:

You could try iCn3D. One example is at https://structure.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/icn3d/share.html?bb1aYZC7ZFL8UGvk9
