I am getting the error "indexError: list index out of range" while running BETA basic on centos server. Please find the error and input files screenshot attached with this message.

Command used: BETA basic -p hcleaf.27me3.final_peaks_macs3_5col.bed -e expr_cuff_HL-JL_3-10-13.tsv -k CUF -r GCF_000331145.1_ASM33114v1.ncbiRefSeq.extracted-cols.gtf --da 500
