Hi, I tried to generate map and ped files through apt-format-result, but got error Apt-format-result provides .map file (for exporting plink format) with all null values except affymetrix id column even after multiple trials or possible troubleshootings. Now i am thinking alternative ways to generate map and ped files from call code files or else? How can we do that? Thank you for any help or suggestion.
