How to install Guppy from Nanopore Technologies?

I need guppy to basecalling my fast5 files, But I couldn't get this software from the nanopore community.

You can get it from the ONT community. Look for the software downloads page, or search for it, or ask for support on there. I have done this many times myself.

Thanks for your reply, I found the software downloads page, but i am not allowed to install(page1), and when i try to create a new count, then I see the second page. Do you know what the reason is?enter image description here

Well, you can ask your collaborators to put you on their account ? You need access to that community for guppy.

Else, you could look at the newer dorado tool which you can download, https://github.com/nanoporetech/dorado

I'm not sure if it will basecall your fast5 since pod5 is the native format, but you can read up on that. You can also convert fast5 to pod5 quite easily if needed.

dorado will basecall from fast5 but it is considerably slower than POD5 on a GPU.
