fasttree running problem
This came up when I was comparing sequences:Wrong number of characters for ON152411.1: expected 151411 but have 150602 instead. This sequence may be truncated, or another sequence may be too long.

Have you checked your sequences? The error is pretty clear as to what the problem is.
