Hi I've tried to run Infercnv, but it seems to be stuck on step 8. STEP 08: removing the average of reference data (before smoothing)

I have tried to parallel to help with the computational side. But I think it's struggling with the size of the matrix. Any ideas on how long this task usually takes on a larger matrix? I have left it running for about two days before. ~160,625 Cells
