How to compare degradation rate or half-life
There are three time points: 0 hour, 2 hours, and 4 hours. The expression ratio of A vs B at the three time points are 1, 0.8, and 0.6 respectively. There are three such datasets. I want to do some statistical test that can compare the degradation rate or half-life of A and B, and get a p-value.
