Polishing unicycler hybrid assembly results
HI, I used unicycler(V0.5.0) to hybrid assemble illumina and Nanopore data. The result genome is a circular. Do I need polishing for the genome? racon,nextpolish,pilon? What is the recommended approach for proceeding with the follow-up polishing? Is it appropriate to polish multiple times? Thanks
