Hello, I have a final report from Illumina genotyping generated in two ways:

1. Name,Chromosome,Position,GenTrain Score,SNP,ILMN Strand,Customer Strand,NormID

And

1. SNP Name,Sample ID,Allele1 - AB,Allele2 - AB,GC Score

I also have a file with transformed AB to probably the TOP coding which is not what I'm looking for.

I need SNPs coding in Forward. Which column ILMN Strand or Customer Strand tells me about the genome reference in 5'-3' direction?
