Is there a file that has mappings between types of structural variants (duplications, deletions, etc.) and the breakpoint orientation for PCAWG?

This mapping file would be useful in the case, for example, where multiple structural variants callers are analyzed and the breakpoint orientations between the callers needs to be standardized.
