Fixation index statistics in Case/Control study - thresholds
Hi, I am doing data analysis on .vcf file related to case/control study related to schizophrenia humans. For general differenciation between Case/Control groups I picked Fixation index statistics (Fst).
I am using vcftools for this analysis.
I know some basics of this analysis for use. However I was not able to find out some thresholds to consider Fst score significant for humans.
Is there any general threshold for this particular method?
