discrepancy between HUMIRA and whole genome evolution
Hello I am just wondering what how to interpret the results when clonal originof a tumor from whole genome analysis shows different clonal emergence pattern(i.e. monoclonal vs polyclonal) compared to that from HUMARA assay results ? shouldn't they both show the same clonal origin? Thank you !
