velocyto.R installation

Hello everyone,

I am trying to install velocoty.R to my R studio but due to some reason it is not working. Is there a another way apart from using devtool and docker to install velocyto.R to R studio?

"due to some reason it is not working" - what is the reason? Is there an error message? How are you trying to install it? What is the message that you get?

Hey, thank you for your response, I used Scvelo in python by using miniconda to install it and it worked just fine.
