I am currently working on a report that requires the differentiation of healthy miRNA (microRNA) from cancerous miRNA, specifically focusing on the differences in refractive index and its proper sensitivity range.

If anyone can help provide data comparing the refractive index data and sensitivity range between healthy miRNA and cancerous miRNA, I would greatly appreciate your help. (If it include references link to academic papers or reputable scientific journals, it wil very helpful.)

I searched online and read multiple articles but no luck. Seek help. Thanks in advance.
