Hi,

I try to visualise my three samples with KO abundance in lipid acid biosynthesis but it didn't work (very new for bioinformatics). I want to visualise different three colors with gradients based on the sample and KO abundance.

This figure is closer to what I want but I need to add color gradients to represent the KO abundance
