Visualizing several genomes/plasmids in a single figure
Hi,
I want to create a visualization of 9 plasmids together as a circular figure or, if not possible, as a large linear figure What is the right tool for that? I tried Artemis ACT but the size of my files renders the image illegible Can I add multiple alignment to tools like Proksee?
Any help would be appreciated.
