Complex Phylogenetic Tree Annotation
I am working aligning and building a phylogenetic tree oh 10,000 proteins. I have build the alignment and the tree however I cannot label this tree in a meaningful way. Is there any way to generally assign clusters to kingdoms/phyla,class,order? Since the size of tree is large and complex is there any automated way to do this?
