Don't see uploaded files for linking in EGA (European Genome Archive)
I'm trying to link samples in EGA Submitters portal with files uploaded to ega server. Video guide indicates all uploaded files should appear in the "File" dropdown menu in couple of hours after upload.
It's been almost a week since i uploaded files and completed other submission steps. Am i missing some minimum requirements for uploaded file to appear in "Link Files and Samples"`s "File" dropdown section?
