How to analyze GO term
My advisor ask me for doing GO analysis currently and I just run program and get bunch of GO term corresponding to gene ID. Is there any tools like simplifyEnrichment (https://github.com/jokergoo/ simplifyEnrichment) ? Or how can I do the analysis further ? Thank you so much
