SigCom LINCS generank table scores
I have uploaded up and down regulated genes into their respective fields at https://maayanlab.cloud/sigcom-lincs/#/SignatureSearch/UpDown.
I then search for chemical perturbagens and I download the GeneRank Scores. This table consist of one row for each gene and columns of the chemical perturbagens found. The values are integers.
My questions are what these integers represent. Are they how much the perturbagens will affect the genes?
