Download USEARCH

I'm using macOS 13.3.1 . I have to download usearch for my analysis but the link in the website doesn't work on 10.5 or later as it says. What can I do to solve this? The source website is https://drive5.com/usearch/download.html

The link lists the workaround - namely to run a docker contains or VirtualBox
