Illumina Infinium Human Global Screening Array manifest file

Hi, all

I am working on replicating the result of GSE196829 genotype data which generated by Infinium Global Screening Array-24 v2.0 Genotyping BeadChips, but I couldn't find its manifest file GSAMD-24v2-0_20024620_A1.bpm on illumina support center, I am wondering whether you know the download site for this file.

Thanks!

Hey, I had this problem doing reanalysis of GSE196829. I emailed Illumina technical support (techsupport@illumina.com) and they supplied files _A1 and _A4 (Hg37 and Hg38) via Kiteworks.

Hi, Thank you for sharing this information. I am also reanalyzing the public OneK1K genotype dataset from GSE196829 and have encountered the same problem: I cannot find the archived GSAMD-24v2-0_20024620 manifest files through the Illumina support website or MyIllumina.

Would it be possible for you to share the _A1 and _A4 manifest files that Illumina provided to you? If possible, my email address is hm_henry@usx.edu.cn.

I would be very grateful for your help.

You will need to email and ask Illumina support yourself. Generally such materials are not supposed be re-shared.

That said based on the GSE number you posted (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GPL28939 ) , that appears to be data from Infinium Global Screening Array-24 v.3.0 (which is not the array version referred to above). The manifest files for that array are available in: https://support.illumina.com/array/array_kits/infinium-global-screening-array/downloads.html. Expand the section called Infinium Global Screening Array v3.0 Product Files on that page. Both GRCh37 and GRCh38 BPM files are available.
