Hi, I have time series of different bacterial growth with two different assay, each assay, time series has multiple technical and biological replicates. The scientists confirmed of the presence of contamination of around 10% randomly across plate and were not able to identify which wells the contamination was impacted. Given this percentage and randomly distributed of the contamination. Can I still go ahead with the comparison of bacterial growth time series between assays, type of analysis? or the analysis will completely invalid?
