What is the meaning of 'a too large, ITMAX too small in gamma countinued fraction (gcf)'

I am conducting a meta-analysis of 42 GWAS studies, based on p-values, using METAL. This is what the output is: FATAL ERROR - a too large, ITMAX too small in gamma countinued fraction (gcf)

Can anyone please tell me what it indicates?
