How to export the result contents (analyzed part only) of clr function to the CSV file ? (The microbiota data) in R Aldex2 package
Hello,
I am currently working on my ASV read count files to be normalized using R Aldex2 package, clr function.
However, after I did clr transformation, the result can't be downloaded and only the form shows as below in the console screen.
Hence, I tried to change file to text file(CSV file), but the contents shows as below
As you can see, the file doesn't arranged as the form of ASV file table with sample number aligned in the first row. How can I change this result to the right form of table which can be downloaded? Please help me with any suggestion.
